Our Inspiration

Kareyma Foods is inspired by the majestic hills and mountains of central Kenya, an area that boasts rich volcanic soils, adequate rainfall, and year-round sunshine that ripens the abundant fruits on the trees delivering the delicious distinctive taste Kenyan fruits are renowned for.

Kareyma, a women and youth-owned enterprise, prioritizes working with women and youth, who are the backbone of Kenya’s agricultural production.

Our Sourcing Expertise

We are peerless in the sourcing, processing, and exporting of fresh fruits and dried chilies and herbs, and assure our clients of a year-round supply of high quality, safe and delectable products in a timely, reliable, and professional manner.

Our State-of-the-Art Processing

We process our produce from ultra-modern facilities which are GlobalGAP certified and have state-of-the-art processing equipment to ensure consistently high-quality products.

We are supported by leading logistics providers to ensure timely delivery, and that quality is maintained during transit.

Our Community Involvement

We take pride in giving priority to small and medium out-growers falling into these categories. All our out-growers are carefully selected by our technical teams.

These smallholders, who span the breadth of rural Kenya, grow our avocados, mangoes, herbs and chilies. They are rigorously trained on health and hygiene requirements to international standards, and given technical support throughout the production cycle.
